Prince Harry and Oprah Winfrey s documentary series focusing on mental health awareness is heading to Apple TV+ later this month.
Titled
The Me You Can t See
, the show will feature Winfrey and the Duke of Sussex discussing mental health journeys and emotional well-being with a number of high-profile guests, including Lady Gaga, Glenn Close, and NBA players DeMar DeRozan and Langston Galloway. Winfrey and Harry will open up about their own experiences too.
With conversations transcending culture, age, gender, and socioeconomic status, the goal of the series is to challenge stigmas around mental health and let viewers know that they re not alone. Producers behind the show also teamed up with 14 accredited and respected experts and organizations from around the world to help shed light on different pathways to treatment, according to Apple. ....

Police handling of Sarah Everard vigil condemned | This Is Local London


Councillors have described the police s actions as disgraceful
Council leaders have blasted the Met Police’s “manhandling” of women attending a vigil for Sarah Everard on Saturday (March 13).  
Ms Everard, 33, vanished near Clapham Common on March 3 after leaving a friend’s home to walk home.  
Police officer Wayne Couzens was charged with her murder and kidnap after her body was found in a builder’s bag in Ashford woodland.  
A vigil for Ms Everard on Clapham Common- organised by Reclaim These Streets – was cancelled after police threatened to fine organisers £10,000 for breaching Covid-19 rules.  
Thousands of people showed up anyway to show support but the evening was marred after police detained women at the vigil.   ....

Gracie Barra Oval School breaks Covid-19 rules


A host of businesses in Lambeth face thousands of pounds’ worth of fines if they continue to breach Covid-19 rules.  
Lambeth Council and the Met Police took legal action against a martial arts gym in Oval and six other businesses that stayed open when they should have been shut.  
Gracie Barra Oval School was issued a prohibition notice, which orders the business to stop illegal activity immediately, on January 8. 
The business will now be monitored to make sure the order is followed.  
Previous legal action during the November lockdown resulted in the gym closing for two weeks. 
If a business fails to comply it faces a £1,000 fine for a first offence, and up to £10,000 in fines for repeated breaches or where necessary court proceedings.  ....
