The Springfield district recently launched a search for the next principal of Parkview, its third-largest high school. The departure of Eric Ramsey following 11 years at the helm marks the complete turnover of all Springfield high school principals in a three-year period. Ramsey s direct supervisor, Ron Woodard, sent a note to parents May 27, the final day of classes, noting the exit of the longtime principal. I wanted to let you know that the role of principal of Parkview High School will transition at the conclusion of the current school year and a new principal will be named for the 2021-2022 school year, Woodard wrote. We thank Dr. Eric Ramsey for his service to Parkview over the past 11 years and wish him well with his plans for the future. ....
