The media, which has taken to thrashing DeSantis a few times in recent weeks, earned a minus-14 approval rating from the same set of voters.

Heather was born Jan. 9, 1973, in Waterbury, Conn., the daughter of Maria Delgado of Waterbury. She attended local schools and spent several years working as an EMT for Campion Ambulance, Torrington Division. Heather was very artistic and enjoyed painting and drawing as well as spending time outdoors. Heather’s life revolved around her family and she was always happiest in the midst of her family enjoying time together. Heather will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love her. Left to honor Heather’s love and legacy, besides her mother are her children, Joseph Delgado of Waterbury and Kevin Hills of Torrington. She also leaves her twin brother, Jason Delgado, as well as Craig Delgado and Stanley Tatarnowicz, all of Waterbury, and her sisters, Nicole Delgado of Waterbury, and Michelle Fontanez of Fleming Island, Fla., as well as many nieces and nephews.
