He was charged with two counts of negligent motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence of alcohol and one count each of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle under a license restriction.
A not guilty plea was entered on Frontino s behalf during his arraignment in Stoughton District Court on Thursday afternoon.
Norfolk County Assistant District Attorney Christopher Meade asked Judge Daniel O Malley to set Frontino s bail at $5,000 and impose conditions that he not drive and remain alcohol-free.
On the night of the crash, Meade said Frontino was observed on several occasions by witnesses driving over the center line separating traffic. Witnesses statements were corroborated by detectives via video surveillance, he said.
