How devastating for Prince Charles to learn, from a podcast beamed to the world, that Harry left the UK to break the cycle of genetic pain and suffering bequeathed to him by his supposedly dysfunctional father and grandparents.
Harry suggests he suffered so much at the hands of his family that he does not want to inflict similar anguish upon his own children.
The only way to do this has been to escape the torture of royal life, rush off to LA to make multi-million deals and denounce his father from afar.

One delivery rider in Boston seems to have let his hunger get the better of him while on shift, as he appeared in a video allegedly eating a customer’s meal down an alleyway.
The worker was spotted by a local man down an alley at Broadfield Lane in Boston, around 12.30pm on Monday, facing away from the street, with what looks to be an Uber Eats delivery bag at his feet. ....

No COVID deaths on bank holiday Monday and only 40 new cases in Lincolnshire

There have been 40 coronavirus cases in Greater Lincolnshire but no COVID-related deaths reported on Monday  – only one was reported nationally.
On Monday, the government’s COVID-19 dashboard recorded 24 new cases in Lincolnshire, 11 in North Lincolnshire and five in North East Lincolnshire.
According to the figures no deaths were registered on Monday. These figures include deaths both in and out of hospitals, as well as residents in hospitals outside the county.
NHS England reported no hospital deaths this week in Lincolnshire, the 15th day in a row. ....

Lincoln Cathedral’s Chapter House, a leisure centre, and an indoor bowls club are among the venues chosen by pro-active councils as COVID-secure meeting places.
From May 7, councils across England will no longer be able to hold virtual meetings as the government ends the measures it put in place to stop the spread of the virus in the pandemic – including allowing authorities to hold meetings via video-conferencing programmes such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Skype.
Councils had hoped to overturn the decision, however, the High Court ruled in the favour of the Department for Housing, Communities and Local Government on Thursday that meetings must resume taking place “in person”. ....
