Acquisition: Vita Group technical managing director Stuart Roby and TFS managing director Duncan Geddes AN EAST Lancashire foam company has acquired one of its competitors in a deal which it hopes will open up new market. The Vita Group, based on Broad Oak, Accrington, made the announcement that it had acquired Corby based Technical Foam Services on Monday January 5. TFS already employs over 50 people on its Corby site and has been in operation for over 20 years, with its new Lancashire owners hoping that it will be able to continue providing foams to market sectors including the motor, medical, audio and retail industries, while managing director Duncan Geddes will continue to lead the business under its new proprietors. ....
