A 2-year-old remains in 'critical' condition after gunfire incident


No one answered the door Monday at the residence where a neighbor said the incident occurred. Friends or relatives could not be reached. 
Richards said she was at a bar playing a game and her son texted her, but she didn’t hear it.
“When I got here, I saw a whole bunch of policemen,” Richards said.
Richards described Evergreen as a family-oriented complex, saying she’s never heard of gunfire incidents there in the past.
Dominick Cilurzo said he’s lived there 13 years.
He said when the incident occurred he’d gotten up. He said he saw lights outside and opened his blinds to see what was happening. ....

WORK has started on a multi-million pound psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) in Oxford that will be ‘essential’ for young people across the county.
The new eight-bed ward at the Warneford Hospital will allow young people experiencing the most acutely disturbed phase of a serious mental disorder to get specialist help closer to home.
Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust’s £4 million building, which is supported by NHS England funding, is set to be built alongside the award-winning Highfield Adolescent Inpatient Unit at the hospital in Headington. ....
