District Judge H. Cyril Bingham dismissed the most serious charge filed against Terry L. Myers, 52, of Schellsburg â a second degree felony count of aggravated assault â as well as nine misdemeanor counts of simple assault that stemmed from an altercation along Route 30 in Juniata Township late in the evening of Aug. 24. From Mirror staff reports Two men are facing felony charges in connection to a Bedford County shooting, which occurred as a group of activists traveled through Bedford in August, court documents stated. Bedford County District Attorney Lesley Childers-Potts announced Friday her office filed criminal charges against Schellsburg resident Terry L. Myers, 51, and Orsino V. Thurman, 37, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Myers was arraigned Friday by Magisterial District Judge Tonya Osman on more than 40 charges, including aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment, court documents state. Thurman was charged with eight crimes, including aggravated assault, prohibited possession of a firearm, simple assault and reckless endangerment. ....
