LONDON, April 14 (Reuters) - With 100 days to go until the Tokyo Olympics, British taekwondo athlete Lutalo Muhammad is determined to make every second count.
That has become his mantra since the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Games when he had gold in his grasp only to lose it after taking a devastating kick to the head in the final second while leading.
As Cheick Sallah Cisse sprinted off the mat in joyous celebration at Ivory Coast’s first ever gold, a stunned and disbelieving Muhammad was left sobbing in the arms of his father.
The 29-year-old Briton, who has moved up a weight division from his previous -80kg but whose ticket to Tokyo has yet to be confirmed, will not be making that mistake again. ....

EVE of the 2020 PBA Rookie Draft. All mock drafts have been put out. Suddenly Terrafirma coach Johnedel Cardel came out with an ambiguous statement that basically says that contrary to popular belief, the Dyip aren t completely settled on making Joshua Munzon the No. 1 overall pick on Sunday.
Just like that, all the mock drafts came in danger of being thrown out the window as the pieces begin to crumble from the top down.
The doubt has been cast. And it s not without basis. Did the pre-draft noise around Fil-Am guard Mikey Williams - or TnT s late move to get the No. 4 pick from sister team NLEX -change the mind of whoever makes the decisions for Terrafirma? ....

Issabelle Fontaine is a 13 year old middle schooler at Bethel Middle School who is a Cadette Girl Scout with a troop 50445 in Bethel. Issabelle is also a recommended black belt at Connecticut Martial Arts CMA.
In 2019 Issabelle began working on her Silver Award Project called The Little Laundromat Library Project. The goal of this service project was to provide books for children in local laundromats. With help from her classmates, teachers, community,TKD Dojang, and other Girl Scouts from all over the country. Issabelle collected and distributed books and placed them in local laundromats. ....
