It’s located at 1650 General Booth Boulevard in the same plaza as One Life Fitness Red Mill. Theo Baker is the co-owner of the family-run business. He said they also own a similar store in Fredericksburg called Refuel. Baker is from Virginia Beach and is excited to introduce himself and their business to the community. “Our intention is to come in here, obviously get some good nutrition, but also get a good vibe – really feel good when they’re in here and make it a point to interact with them,” Baker explained.
