По оценке Open Budget Survey самый высокий показатель открытости государственного бюджета у Грузии – 81 балл, затем идет Россия - 74, Кыргызстан - 63, Казахстан – 58, Монголия – 56, Турция – 51 балл. Ниже среднего показатель у Азербайджана – 35. На последнем месте находится Таджикистан – 17 баллов из 100. Туркмения. Узбекистан, Латвия, Литва и Эстония в рейтинг не вошли. На первом месте рейтинга оказалась Новая Зеландия – 87 баллов.
