Outstanding Belarusians awarded An archive photo MINSK, 4 May (BelTA) – As many as 47 Belarusians have been awarded state awards in line with the relevant decree Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed, BelTA has learned. Orders, medals, and honorary titles have been awarded in recognition of many years of fruitful labor, high professionalism, exemplary discharge of their duties, considerable personal contributions to the development of the Belarusian tractor engineering industry, the country s manufacturing sector, civil engineering industry, in recognition of accomplishments in science and education, in preservation and popularization of the national culture, and in recognition of an active civil stance.
