Jakarta. Telecommunications service provider 3 Indonesia in cooperation with Chinese tech behemoth Huawei recently launched a new digital network operation center, or NOC, in Jakarta, to ensure a reliable network at all times.
According to a joint statement by 3 Indonesia and Huawei, the new digital NOC offers uninterrupted operations, even during a power outage.
