A cannibal sandwich, considered a holiday favorite in the state, consists of raw ground beef on bread with sliced onions, salt and pepper. Especially, if you live in the state of Wisconsin. Those crazy Sconi s, who are more known for their cheese and beer, now have another thing to be known for. It s even a holiday tradition, but health officials are warning of the dangerous practice of eating raw meat.
