COVID-19 has driven an uptick in healthcare delivery approaches like telemedicine and point-of-care, home, and direct-to-consumer testing, a shift that some observers believe could continue to accelerate even after the pandemic is over.
It is a trend that has a potential downside for traditional labs as increased POC and DTC testing could cut into their business. MADISON, Wis. — People ages 16 and older with certain medical conditions will now be eligible to get a COVID-19 vaccine one week earlier.
Gov. Tony Evers office said Tuesday that the eligibility date would be moved from March 29 to March 22, due to the availability of vaccine supply and vaccine appointments.
