This position requires competent knowledge of all brewing and cellar operations, and comprehensive knowledge of laboratory procedures. Formal science education and/or laboratory experience is necessary for success in this position. This position is responsible for ensuring all daily laboratory and quality tests are performed and works with the Brew Master to develop and implement all processes to ensure quality. The Quality manager is responsible for training all of the production team their assigned QA/QC tasks. (Samples, sanitary swabbing, yeast harvesting, DO/Carb checks, etc.)
