Marking the 32nd anniversary of the 1988 Lockerbie bombing, outgoing US Attorney General William Barr announced new charges in the decades-old case that grew deeply personal for the official over the years. Both Barr and former special counsel Robert Mueller played instrumental roles during investigations into the devastating incident.
