The SEC Complaint alleges that from 2013 to the present, Ripple
raised over $1.38 billion through the unlawful offer and sales of
securities in violation of Sections 5(a) and 5(c) of the Securities
Act of 1933. The individual defendants include Christian Larson,
co-founder and former CEO, and Bradley Garlinghouse, the current
CEO of Ripple.
