Asheville’s first hard seltzer-dedicated brewpub, the sushi spot will highlight the Monk s cocktail-reminiscent Holy Water seltzer line.
Bialik, who recently opened Tasty Greens adjacent to his Biltmore Park Town Square pub, is now the first to bring low-carb sushi to the city with a line of cauliflower-rice rolls.

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Founded in 2016, Urban South Brewery is celebrating five years of good beer in New Orleans and beyond this April. In honor of its anniversary, the craft brewery is bringing the beer festival directly to fans with fifteen different collaborative beers from breweries around the world that will be released over the span of five weeks. The first anniversary beer release will take place on Friday, April 2.
“We are so excited to share this achievement with our team, our fans and some of our favorite craft breweries,” said Jacob Landry, Co-Founder of Urban South Brewery. “While our fifth year of business was certainly not what we expected, it did highlight the power of collaboration and the significance of small businesses working together during difficult times.
