WINNIPEG Manitoba’s public health order states people entering the province must self-isolate for 14 days, but not all travellers are following the rules. On Monday, Dr. Brent Roussin, the province’s chief public health officer, said a traveller who didn’t isolate after returning to Manitoba “implicated” five separate households after testing positive for COVID-19. “We need you to protect other Manitobans by isolating when you return,” Roussin said during Monday’s press conference. “And if we don’t have that buy-in, then this is what we see.” But at least one Manitoban returning to the province said they’re surprised the responsibility is on them to learn about and follow the requirements. ....
