Scott Loveridge was named assistant dean for faculty affairs and development in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR).
Scott Loveridge was named assistant dean for faculty affairs and development in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR). His appointment is effective June 1, 2021.
A Michigan native, Loveridge earned a bachelor’s degree in biology; and his master’s and doctoral degrees in agricultural economics at Michigan State. After completing his undergraduate degree, Loveridge served as a Peace Corp Extension Agent in Zaire.
Prior to joining MSU as a faculty member, Loveridge served on the faculty at the University of Minnesota. He was then named the first division director of a campus-based unit for Extension Service, and subsequently director of the Regional Research Institute at West Virginia University. ....
