Howard Hawkins, 46, of Pittsburgh was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service in North Hollywood on a homicide warrant for the shooting of 18-year-old Ahmir Tuli, Pittsburgh Public Safety spokeswoman Cara Cruz said. Authorities say Hawkins has been on the run since the Feb. 21 shooting in Pittsburgh’s Strip District.
