Kentucky s Howard Tabbed As One Of 16 Players To Dawn Staley Award Late Season Watch List

University of Kentucky women’s basketball junior guard Rhyne Howard has been tabbed one of 16 players to the Dawn Staley Award Late Season Watch List, it was announced Friday by the Phoenix Club of Philadelphia.
 
According to the award s website, the Dawn Staley Award is given annually to a player who exemplifies the skills she possessed throughout her career in ball handling, scoring, her ability to distribute the basketball and her will to win.
Four finalists will be announced in mid-March and the winner will be announced the weekend of the Final Four. The award will be presented Thursday, April 8. ....
