A lifestyle not yet experienced before in Norwich is set to come to the city centre with the redevelopment of a prominent site.
The Boar s Head and the Westlegate buildings have been bought by developer Estateducation in a joint venture with its spin-off crowdfunding property development platform, JaeVee.
The buildings were formerly the location of 15th century pub the Boar s Head, which was bombed in 1942 before being rebuilt as the city s first music hall, Barbarella s.

A dispute between a landlord and tenant over utility bills has led to students living without heating for several days over winter.
Norwich University of the Arts student Becca Booty complained to her landlord and property agent, Estateducation, in March that she and four other tenants, who live on St Faiths Lane, had had no heating for up to a week at a time when their meter ran out, meaning temperatures in the home sometimes dropped to 10C. ....

The developer behind the regeneration of the former Mercy Nightclub has said the project will awaken a sleeping giant - as he sets his sights on topping the £1m mark for a penthouse sale.
Work to transform the former nightclub on Prince of Wales Road into more than 40 homes, office spaces and a gym will get under way in the coming weeks, in a £10.5m project expected to take around two years to complete. ....
