Wildfire smoke expected to last into next week; B.C. advises vacationers to be prepared

B.C. officials say Albertans are still welcome to travel to the province despite the wildfires, but are asking vacationers to prepare by learning about impacts of the blazes before they leave. As of Friday afternoon, there were 270 active fires in B.C., including 85 considered out of control.
