Drummond named to Stockman Bank board


MILES CITY – Stockman Bank is pleased to announce Jim Drummond as the newest member of its Board of Directors, effective Jan. 1, 2021.
Drummond brings more than 43 years of banking and agricultural and commercial lending expertise. He worked for Stockman Bank from 2003 to 2017, serving as the Stockman Bank Gallatin Valley President for the Bozeman and Belgrade markets in 2007, and as Southwestern Market President starting in 2015.

B.C. sees seven additional Coronavirus deaths, 18 new variant of concern cases


British Columbia s COVID-19 numbers have once again risen.
In a written statement this afternoon (March 3), Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry and Health Minister Adrian Dix said 542 cases of the virus were detected during the past 24 hours, bringing the grand total to 75,819. 
Of the new cases, Northern Health recorded 44, bringing the authority total to 4,686 since the virus hit the region on March 14, 2020.
Officials announced seven more deaths linked to the virus today, bringing the province s toll to 1,372.
There are 4,654 active cases throughout B.C. with 246 people currently hospitalized, 64 of which are in ICU or critical care.
Dr. Henry revealed there have been 18 new variants of concern cases, bringing the provincial total to 200, with 11 active.  ....

B.C. records additional 508 Coronavirus cases, six new deaths


COVID-19 cases in B.C. still remain high.
In an on-camera briefing this afternoon (Feb. 19), Deputy Provincial Health Officer Dr. Reka Gustafson said another 508 COVID-19 cases were recorded in the past 24 hours for a grand provincial total of 75,835.
Of those, Northern Health detected 25 new infections for an updated authority total of 4,252.

Northern Health reports more school exposures in Terrace and Prince Rupert


More Covid-19 school exposures have been reported by Northern Health.
Terrace reported multiple school exposures. Skeena Middle School reported exposure between February 2 to February 4 Thornhill Elementary School had exposure between February 2 and February 3. Cassie Hall Elementary School reported exposure on February 5. Thornhill Primary School reported an exposure event between February 1 and February 3. Suwilaawks Community School had exposure between February 2 and 4. Caledonia Secondary School had exposure between February 3 and 4.
In Prince Rupert, Pacific Coast School had exposure on February 4. Charles Hays Secondary School also reported exposure on February 8. A full list of exposures can be found on Northern Health’s website. Everyone is reminded that no action is required unless contacted directly by public health officials. ....
