An auction for the property at 737 Bridge Road closed Wednesday afternoon brought a high bid of $1.94 million and the property is now in escrow, according to Spencer O’Donnell, an agent at commercial real estate company Colliers International who is working for the property owner. O’Donnell said he couldn’t say who made the winning bid, but described the auction as “lively.” ....
