Legal experts are questioning measures forcing travellers to get exemptions to leave the country, and Australia s other responses to the pandemic could increase the chances of a legal challenge.

Experts are questioning the legality of the government s border measures requiring travellers heading out of Australia to get permission to leave.Â
The travel restrictionsÂ put in place at the beginning of the pandemicÂ mean that Australian citizens and permanent residents are unable to leave the country unless they get an exemption from Border Force. ....

Way back in 2013 I accomplished the first successful post-
