Alberta is making it easier and less expensive for organizations to deliver rapid testing programs safely and effectively.

Businesses and service providers that want to access free rapid tests from the Government of Alberta will no longer be required to have a health-care provider oversee their screening program.
This means organizations will be able to participate in the rapid testing program completely independently and without the burden of finding and paying for a health-care provider. This change will also free up health-care professional capacity at a time when it is most needed. ....

The USDA is looking to buy as much as 485,000 cartons of domestic grapes for the school lunch program and other federal food and nutrition assistance programs.
According to www.thepacker.com, bids from U.S. grape shippers are due April 27th.
Accepted bids will be announced by May 11th, and fresh grape deliveries are to be made between May 31st and July 28th.

The International Monetary Fund warned of a dangerous divergence of the vaccine amounts in different countries on Tuesday, reported iTV.
It divided the countries into two types: those with COVID-19 vaccines and those who have to wait, with the former ones most likely to quickly place vaccine orders, secure stocks and administer shots.
