MUNCIE, Ind. A recent industrial zoning approval by the Delaware County commissioners likely means that some type of industrial facility is coming to the area around South Cowan Road. The commissioners reviewed a request on Monday to rezone nearly 138 acres southwest of the intersection of South Cowan Road and West Fuson Road. The land runs from Fuson all the way to Ind. 67. The change would move the land from Class F which is farming, to IL, which stands for limited industrial.
