A group of state treasurers are pressuring Marathon Petroleum to end a lockout at a Minnesota refinery that has left 200 union members out of work for two months, according to a Tuesday letter the officials sent to the company.

Scheduled flights return to Marathon

Aztec Airwaysâ new passenger airline service between Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport and Florida Keys Marathon International Airport will enable travelers to avoid parking fees, large crowds, long security lines, renting a car and driving three hours each way.
Itâs also a welcomed return of scheduled commercial service to the Middle Keysâ general aviation airport since the departure of Cape Air in 2009 and Delta in 2007.
âWhy drive when you can fly?â said Aztec Airways spokeswoman Stacy Horachek. âItâs about a 35-minute flight.â
Roundtrip flights will be offered by Aztec Airways three times a week beginning Thursday, March 4, for $249 per passenger. ....

Guinness recognizes Yuki Kawauchi for 100th sub-2:20 marathon

Popular long-distance runner Yuki Kawauchi was recognized by Guinness World Records on Tuesday for having completed 100 marathons under 2 hours and 20 minutes.
Kawauchi had already received a certificate after achieving his 78th sub-2:20 race in 2018, surpassing previous record-holder Doug Kurtis of the United States.
The 33-year-old accomplished the triple-digit milestone when he finished the Hofu Marathon in 2:10:26 on Dec. 20 in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Kawauchi finished 10th in Sunday’s Lake Biwa Marathon, which was his 109th career race, with a new personal best of 2:07:27 for his 101th sub-2:20 race.
