Young and Manchester Police Chief Allen D. Aldenberg announced additional information regarding the death of Cynthia Halloran, 69, of Manchester on Thursday. Shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020, police responded to a 911 call reporting that a body, later identified as Halloran, had been found behind one of the fields in the Youngsville baseball complex near the parking lot for the Rockingham Rail Trail. New Hampshire Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jennie Duval performed an autopsy on Halloran on December 31, 2020. However, the determination of the cause and manner of Halloran s death was not complete at that time pending further investigation and testing. Aldenberg announce that they are continuing to seek the public’s assistance with any information related to the murder of Jean Lascelle and the whereabouts of Timothy Johnson. Mr. Lascelle was shot outside of 351 Chestnut Street in Manchester on February 13, 2021. An arrest warrant has been issued for Timothy Johnson, age 38, charging him with one count of second-degree murder for knowingly causing Mr. Lascelle’s death by shooting him with a firearm. ....
