A 911 recording offers new detail about the moments inside BJ s Brewhouse before a fatal shooting happened outside. The shooting left Julius Randolph Juice Sampson Jr. dead, and Robert Anthony Granato, 23, facing a first-degree murder charge

Race has been at the center of the case, with some believing that Robert Anthony Granato, 24, who is white, shot Sampson, a married father of three who worked as a barber at Hanes Mall, because Sampson was Black. After an argument between the two men inside BJ s over how Granato was treating female staffers, the two men exchanged words outside. Sampson used the N-word and then Granato hurled the word back. Granato’s attorney has claimed that Granato shot Sampson after Sampson assaulted him. ....
