Need a COVID test in Missouri? Worlds of Fun and Kansas City Zoo will play host

Mar. 15 With much of the talk now turned to COVID-19 vaccines, public health officials don t want people to forget about getting tested for the coronavirus, especially with new variants popping up.
For the rest of the month, Missouri health officials and the Missouri Primary Care Association will host community testing events around the state.
The testing is free and available to Missouri residents.

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services is reminding everyone to continue preventative COVID-19 measures and to get tested to help stop the spread of the virus.
For the remainder of March, the state and the Missouri Primary Care Association plans to host testing events two to three times per week in Kansas City and St. Louis areas. Additionally, events are planned for the following counties: Barton, Boone, Buchanan, Callaway, Camden, Christian, Cole, Crawford, Dent, Greene, Howell, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Lafayette, Mississippi, Monroe, Pettis, Phelps, Ralls, St. Charles, Taney ....

6:37 p.m.: CPS 14-day case rate surpasses 53.1.
The Columbia Public Schools 14-day case rate per 10,000 people is at 53.1.
The updated CPS student tracker shows 452 students in the district currently in quarantine and 54 active student cases.
To break the student cases down: 
Elementary schools: 286 quarantined, 20 positive cases, 18 out of 21 schools affected
Middle schools: 91 quarantined, 20 positive case, 7 out of 7 schools affected
High schools: 74 quarantined, 20 positive cases, 3 out of 4 schools affected
Other: 1 quarantined
The district has seen 2,242 quarantined student cases and 544 positive student cases since June 2020. 
The updated CPS staff tracker also shows 59 staff members currently in quarantine and 7 active staff cases. 2 staff members are out due to EFMLA laws. ....
