Maine Voices: For equity and justice, it’s time to end sale of flavored tobacco in Maine
The survival of our LGBTQ youth depends on not selling harmful products targeted at kids and marginalized communities.
By Jill Barkley Roy and Shane DiamondSpecial to the Press Herald
To marginalized communities, the tobacco industry is a master of disguise, a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
LGBT smokers are significantly more likely to smoke menthol cigarettes such as the Kool brand. By numbing the mouth and throat, menthol makes it easier to start using tobacco and harder to quit.

Tiong Bahru Bakery rebrands handwash to distance from Chanel fragrance Details 22 February 2021
Local bakery brand Tiong Bahru Bakery has rebranded its brioche-scented handwash shortly after going public with it. The handwash was initially named Brioche N°5 , which was a similar name as Chanel s fragrance N°5 . As such, the bakery has silently rebranded the product to Brioche No. 1 .
In a statement to

Canned Cocktail Review: Rebel Hard Coffee
Rebel hard coffee
My coffee consumption is limited to the morning, which can mean anywhere from 5:30 a.m. to noon.
But after I tasted Rebel hard coffee, I’ve expanded coffee time until about 9 p.m.
This is part of my continuingcannedcocktailreviews. The Rebel drinks were officially launched late last year by Twelve5 Beverage Co. (The drinks were originally called Brown Bomber Hard Coffee, but were renamed.)
There are three year-round drinks: Hard Cold Brew, Vanilla Hard Latte and one I didn’t get to taste, Mocha Hard Latte. I did sip one of the seasonal brews, Peppermint Mocha Latte. It’s a lotta latte, and I would be happy for more.
