Як правильно заморожувати та зберігати ожину: покрокова інструкція

Прибрати гілочки, листочки та інше сміття, що потрапило в ожину при зборі;
Перебрати, видалити пошкоджені й навіть трохи вологі плоди;
Розкласти на папері в один шар на кілька годин, щоб ягоди просохли.
Цілі ягідки
Ягоди миємо невеликими порціями, щоб уникнути їх пошкодження.
Потім викладаємо на рушник, серветку, чекаємо хвилин 15 – 20.
Вистилаємо деко фольгою, викладаємо ожину і в вертикальному положенні кладемо все в морозильну камеру.
Коли плоди трохи підмерзнуть, через 2 – 3 години їх можна перекласти в контейнер або в пакет для зберігання.

Пересипана цукром ожина
Потім укладаємо в контейнери та присипаємо цукром, в пропорції 1:1;
Контейнери накриваємо кришками, ставимо в морозильну камеру.

Секрет гарного настрою досить простий! Потрібно лише запросити найкращих друзів, взяти
Zubrowka Rose, тонік, лід та разом заміксувати гарний настрій.
Перетерта з цукровим піском
За допомогою блендера або м'ясорубки подрібнюємо їх до стану пюре.
Посипаємо цукром, все ретельно перемішуємо ложкою, даємо постояти 20 хвилин.
Потім перемішуємо ще раз, розкладаємо по контейнерах і ставимо в морозильну камеру.

Тривалість зберігання ожини в морозилці
Зберігати ягоду можна протягом року, вона не зіпсується, за умови, що були дотримані температурні режими. На ділі зберігати продукт можна і довше, низькі температури допоможуть зберегти ягоду в первозданному вигляді.

The Bramble Company announced that it celebrates it's 30 years in business this year with their ‘Pearl’ anniversary. As the largest made-to-order furniture manufacturer in Central Java, Indonesia, the company operates a 750,000 square foot factory that employs over 2,000 skilled painters and craftspeople.
Started by an entrepreneur with a vision, energy and a willingness to take chances, Bramble has evolved into a destination for solid mahogany custom designed furniture, as well as accessories. The very first pieces of Bramble furniture were designed, finished and assembled in a makeshift workshop carved out of a narrow space in a garage. Thirty years later, the company prides itself on still being able to make a product that reflects their vision of great design and outstanding quality.

Meet Runt. Runt is just like Grunt, only smaller and less capable/powerful, which makes all the sense in the world considering it’s designed for kids.
Grunt is the first offering from Volcon, and its delivery date is set for the spring of 2021. It’s a beastly all-terrain electric motorcycle that is just perfect both for fun and for actual farm work. Introduced last October, it boasts a 50 hp mid-drive electric motor able to deliver top speeds of 60 mph (96 kph) in as little as six seconds from a standing start. The range is equally impressive, a solid 100 miles (161 km) per charge.
