The changes will see every RAV4 petrol and hybrid variant gain new improvements, with production commencing in December 2021.
Toyota Australia Vice President Sales, Marketing and Franchise Operations Sean Hanley said the update would further boost the appeal of the successful RAV4.
“The RAV4’s mix of style and practicality, and in particular, its hybrid powertrain, really resonates with buyers and these upgrades will add to that appeal,” Mr Hanley said.

In a sample of nearly 500 young adults ranging in age from 18 to 25, researchers saw a reduction in problematic drinking and alcohol consequences during the initial phase of the pandemic for both men and women. This is in contrast to many anecdotal reports of increased drinking and increased household spending on alcohol during that time period.
More startling, however, were the additional findings that showed increased rates of depression and anxiety symptoms among young women - increases that were not observed to a significant degree among male participants.

Colorado Springs Utilitiesâ purchase of six natural gas-powered turbines signal the beginning of the end for the Martin Drake Power Plant.
The utility is investing $100 million in the turbines, which will take over power generation as CSU moves to decommission the coal-fired plant until a transmission line is built to serve Downtown Colorado Springs.
General Electric, the manufacturer of the turbines, stated in a news release that the units will be the first of their kind to be installed in North America.
Besides helping CSU power down coal generation at the Drake plant, the highly mobile turbines will also serve CSU and its customers after Drakeâs closure as the utility brings more renewable energy sources onto the system.
