County Sheriff A Tri-State cab driver reported at 5:32 a.m. Sunday she had transported a woman to a home on Waterford Road, Unity Township, and when they arrived the woman got out of the cab and did not pay her. Deputies spoke to the woman, who then paid the driver. Deputies and highway patrol troopers responded to a Georgetown Road, Knox Township, where a domestic dispute was reported. Both people involved claimed they had only been arguing and there was no domestic violence. The woman signed a refusal to prosecute and the man was given a ride to Minerva. A possible fight was reported in the area of Washington Street and Jackson Alley in Washingtonville at 1:08 a.m., April 24. Two intoxicated women told deputies they had been outside and yelling. They were told to stay inside for the rest of the night.

LISBON A May 10 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Cassidey A. Sandoe, 27, Walnut Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly fighting with his half-brother Brady Barnhouse on Monday.
Brady A. Barnhouse, 21, Walnut Street, Salem, was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $500 for domestic violence for fighting with his half-brother Cassidey A. Sandoe on Monday.
Stacey Saracco, 30, Crews Road, Wellsville, was credited with 30 days served in jail, sentenced to an additional 100 days in jail and fined $350 for driving under OVI suspension, a taillights violation and endangering children for driving while believed to be under the influence of a drug of abuse with two children ages 7 years and 15 months inside the vehicle on Aug. 11. Saracco was all over the roadway on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township and when she was stopped at the intersection with state Route 154, she reportedly had a powdery substance in her right nostril
Highway Patrol Kelsey Braun, 32, Leetonia, was cited for failure to control after she went off the road and struck a ditch on state Route 558 in Fairfield Township at 7:52 p.m. Feb. 10. Dalton C. Kurtz-Cogar, 28, Salineville, struck a deer on Glasgow Road in Wayne Township at 7:15 a.m. Feb. 11. Latisha R. Nelson, 33, Dallas, was cited for hit-skip and prohibition against parking on highway at 4:40 p.m. Feb. 5. Nelson improperly passed the vehicle of Richard Bailey, 56, Lisbon, on U.S. 30 in Center Township. Nelson stopped abruptly, causing Bailey to rear-end her vehicle. Nelson fled the scene but was found and cited later.
