Tilstone Industrial and St Francis Group’s plans to deliver 803,000 sq ft at the former BAE Systems Radway Green site near Alsager are set for approval, with 373,000 sq ft in line for detailed consent.
The plans, due to be heard at Cheshire East’s strategic planning board on 24 February, come from Tilstone Industrial and Corbally Group (Radway), part of the St Francis Group. Approval is recommended by planning officers.
Tilstone and St Francis are seeking detailed consent for Units 1,2 and 6, comprising 208,000 sq ft, 143,000 sq ft and 22,000 sq ft respectively – Unit 6 being divisible into units of 10,000 sq ft, 7,000 sq ft and 5,000 sq ft.
