On Wednesday, Rigo Alvarado, of Irving, became the third defendant to enter a plea. Five were indicted in the case. Alvarado, 55, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud, which carries a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison, up to three years of supervised release and a fine of up to $1 million.
