Salem Chapel British Methodist Episcopal church in St. Catharines has been in a state of disrepair and was a safety concern. Last week, the church was approved for a $100,000 grant through the federal Supporting Black Canadian Communities Initiative, says Rochelle Bush. We re very happy we received the funding, Bush told CBC News. We are extremely grateful because the church will now be preserved for future generations. ....
