Arnolds Park Amusement Park has a long and storied history on West Lake Okoboji and in the past several years has received a major facelift.
Paul Plumb, Marketing Director at Arnolds Park for the past 17 years, said, “If someone hasn’t been here in the past three or four years, they really haven’t been here, because there’ve been that many changes.”
The Restore the Park program that began in 2017 has resulted in an updated Majestic Pavilion, a restored Roof Garden Ballroom that offers weekly concerts during the summer months, a brand-new boardwalk with arches creating a Promenade up the hill and many new rides, including a carousel right inside the front gate and the Swinger, which will be ready for guests any day. ....
