Another seven victims during protests in Myanmar
Naypyidaw, Apr 7 (Prensa Latina) At least seven people killed on Wednesday were, during a new day of protests against the coup in Myanmar, local media reported.
The police opened fire at demonstrators in the northwestern city of Kale, where, according to Mizzima and Irrawaddy, five people were killed and several people were injured.
Another two protesters were killed in the city of Bago, near Yangon (south), according to Myanmar Now s website.
So far, more than 580 people have been killed since the February 1 coup d état, according to the Political Prisoners Association.
