Eisenhower Health today announced its new president and CEO will be promoted from within the organization.
Martin J. Massiello, who currently serves as executive vice president and the chief operating officer, will replace G. Aubrey Serfling. Massiello is slated to begin work leading the nonprofit Rancho Mirage medical organization starting March 1.
Marty Massiello has demonstrated extraordinary leadership during his 13-year tenure as COO at Eisenhower Health, said Michael Shannon, chairman of the Eisenhower Health Board of Trustees.
