The daughter of Lisa Howard, Pierce was born in Portland and plans to pursue a career in clinical psychology. Pierce was named princess during a Zoom presentation that included school and Rose Festival officials, Pierce’s predecessor on the court Natalie Cetina-Huchin and fellow candidates junior Rebekah (Becca) Booker and senior Marlejes (Marley) Padilla-Honl. ....
