Both the bed and the victim s body were wholly covered in fecal matter, documents state. The door and its frame contained three metal hooks . to lock the child in his bedroom.  
Police filed homicide charges against the victim s father, Scott Fremont Schollenberger Jr. and his live-in fiancée, Kimberly Marie Maurer, in September 2020.  ....

Three Schuylkill County Men Charged with Stealing and Torching Classic Corvette
Three men from Schuylkill County are locked up in Lebanon County Prison after they allegedly stole and torched a classic Corvette in Lebanon County earlier this week.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Jonestown, on Monday, March 15th, 2021, around 2:20am, Troopers from the Jonestown Barracks responded to the Twin Grove Campground on Suedberg Road, Union Township, Lebanon County to assist the fire department with a vehicle fire.  The vehicle that was on fire was found to be a 1964 Chevrolet Corvette.
While at the scene, an employee of Joe May s garage, located on Route 72 in Union Township, reported to troopers that their impound lot had been broken into and a blue 1964 Corvette had been stolen. ....

Lebanon County couple charged with abusing adopted children will head to county court


A Lebanon County couple charged with dozens of felonies for years of abusing their five adopted children will head to county court.
Stephanie Angelette Duncan, 42, and her husband Robert Duncan, 44, waived their preliminary hearing Thursday morning, according to PennLive. 
The couple lived in North Annville Township, but Stephanie, whose maiden name was Witman, has Lancaster County ties and is a 1996 graduate of Manheim Central. 
They each face multiple counts of aggravated assault, simple assault, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, endangering the welfare of a child and conspiracy. 
The charges spawn from an investigation after their 11-year-old son nearly died of hypothermia and was taken to Hershey Medical Center on Jan. 12.  ....

The Duncans’ 11-year-old son was rushed to Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in mid-January after he was found to be unresponsive and hypothermic.
Medical staff determined bruises to the child’s neck, shoulders, back, abdomen, hip and genitals were not consistent with accidental injury and reported in injuries to authorities. ....

The Lebanon County District Attorney has filed charges against a North Annville Township couple in connection with the alleged prolonged assault and abuse of their five adopted children, according to a news release.
On Tuesday, DA Pier Hess Graf filed the charges against Stephanie Angelette Duncan, 42, and husband Robert John Duncan, 44, of the 2700 block of Cedar Run Road.
They face multiple counts of aggravated assault, simple assault, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, endangering the welfare of a child, and conspiring with one another to commit these heinous acts. ....
