I can’t say this enough: If you are not happy with the care you or your loved one is receiving at your present nursing home, it’s not rocket science; you pick up the phone to start the process to transfer to another home. I was a resident (at another home) for over 2½ years when I transferred to Lenawee Medical Care facility on March 1, 2021. I’m now in heaven and I did not have to die to get there.
