Subway has named a former Dunkin development leader, Steve Rafferty, as its senior vice president of Development for North America, a news release said.
Rafferty will lead the strategic direction for business development, supporting the network of Subway developers and leading growth initiatives for new and existing franchisees. He previously served as Dunkin Brands senior director of U.S. Business Development
