goair: Go Airlines files DRHP for Rs 3,600 cr IPO


The IPO is managed by ICICI Securities, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley.
According to the DRHP, the airline wants to raise Rs 3,600 crore via a fresh issue of shares.
ET had reported last Saturday that the DRHP would be filed this week. The airline has in the past come close to a maiden share sale but backed out last moment.
The carrier’s new vice chairman told ET in a recent interview that the airline was planning an IPO “this summer”.
The airline yesterday rebranded itself to Go First, an ultra low cost carrier, from GoAir.
