PLANS have been submitted for 75 homes at Quarter Jack Park in Wimborne, including 18 affordable homes. A design and access statement says: “In line with the previously consented development, the revised design incorporates a strong narrative of built form and sequences of space, in which streets are provided with a sense of enclosure between pinch points. “Fundamental to the designer’s approach is the requirement to provide a highways layout that, by design, discourages traffic speeds.
